Be part of a series of CD’s produced by the Texas Polka
Music Museum by sending in the attached information as soon as possible.
THE DETAILS…
*A new CD featuring approximately 16 songs from 16 different bands released bi-annually to raise awareness of Texas Polka Music Museum Project as well as generate needed funds to keep project on track.
*Active Texas Polka Bands donate 3 tracks (polka, waltz, or folk dance) that represent their sound, plus a high-quality photo.
*A short bio will be included for each artist/band, and contact phone/email if band is still performing.
*Music from bands no longer in existence will also be included on CD for historical reference and to add variety to CD (subject to copyright clearance)
*Goal of 1000 CDs of each volume sold at $15.00 per CD
*Bands will be able to purchase CDs at wholesale price of $10.00 for resale.
*Texas Polka DJs receive one complimentary CD.
*Track listing in Texas Polka News article/advertising

We relinquish any claim to a share of moneys generated by the sale of these compilation CDs and understand that proceeds of the sales of these CDs will go toward the creation/upkeep of the Texas Polka Music Museum. In exchange for our participation in this project, we will receive publicity and airplay of our music. Additionally, we acknowledge our participation in the Texas Polka Music Museum CD Series will benefit our band/musicians, as well as fellow musicians as the dream of the Texas Music Museum becomes a reality. The Texas Polka Music Museum reserves the right to select the recordings to be used for the compilation CD series based on the quality of submissions, and the variety of selections needed for each CD. Additionally, The Texas Polka Music Museum is not responsible for errors/infringement related to copyrights of songs contributed by bands.
